Me llamo Javier y quisiera presentarme.
Tengo 46 años y hace 3 sufrí una hemorragia subaracnoidea por rotura de un aneurisma de 4mm en la ACPD, segmento P1, top basilar. Estuve 9 días en la UCI, y 5 más en planta. Me embolizaron correctamente, no teniendo ninguna secuela.
Hace 1 mes, acudí a la revisión de los 3 años y aconsejaron hacerme una arteriografía para comprobar el estado de la embolización. Yo ya estaba preparado para una posible permeabilización de la embolización, pero me dijeron que era perfecta....
... la única pega era que me habían encontrado otros 4 aneurismas más. Afortunadamente, son muy pequeños (2 mm), pero peligrosos, y no debemos dejarlos crecer, pues todos sabemos lo que pasa...
El 2 de julio de 2009 me han puesto un stent para reducir el más crecidito. No se ha podido embolizar, pues no es sacular y todavía no está muy profundo, por lo que no se quedarían los coils dentro. En tres meses comprobaremos qué tal y, si todo ha ido bien, tratar los otros 3 de la misma manera.
A mí me ha ayudado muchísimo hablar de mis aneurismas. Sacarlo todo fuera es lo mejor que podemos hacer, así como intentar entender todo lo posible lo que me pasa, lo que me hacen, y las posibilidades que tenemos.
Actualmente sigo asintomático y sin secuela ninguna, aunque tengo claro que en cualquier momento mi calidad de vida se puede ver afectada si algo no va bien. Soy consciente de ello y me alegro todos los días de tener a mi familia y amigos cerca. Además, se me está dando muy bien el no permitir angustiarme en exceso: sigo durmiendo como todos los días por mucho miedo que tenga, pero lo domino.

Hace tres años sólo tenía 1 aneurisma. Los otros 4 que me han visto se han creado en estos tres años, lo cual no me hace mucha gracia, pero bueno.
Estos nuevos amiguitos son muy pequeños (el más grande de 2 mm, diámetro mayor), y ninguno es sacular, es decir, que no han crecido mucho todavía.
Con respecto al ánimo, los único que podemos poner de nuestra parte es eso, las ganas, la fuerza y, como ya lo nuestro es bastante fuerte, qué menos que apretar a fondo.

Bueno Begoña, no, no se reproducen. Seguramente yo tenga una enfermedad autoinmune que hace que las pareces de las arterias tengan problemas de fontanería. No te asustes y acuérdate que cada caso es un mundo y no debemos fijarnos demasiado en lo que le pase a otro. En 3 meses me hacen una arteriografía y le voy a poner a investigar a todos.
Tengo 3 hermanos y varios primos, todos ellos de la misma rama familiar que han desarrollado hiper o hipotiroidismo no graves, y casi siempre a partir de los 40 años. Puede ser todo una predisposición genética al cambio de un gen que se vuelve de lado y fallamos en alguna cosilla.
Mis nuevos 4 aneurismas no los habían visto en el 2006, y siendo ahora pequeñitos (2mm) suponemos que han crecido desde entonces; hasta el 2006, mi HSA, yo era muy fumador y posiblemente la nicotina junto con las demás sustancias pudieran provocar el fallo.
Hay muchas posibilidades etiológicas y, la verdad, no tienen ni pajolera idea. Yo me voy a prestar por si quieren investigar conmigo, pero sabes que es muy difícil.
